Lending a hand

Another thank you card for the upcoming "Crop for Kids" weekend crop. This time I used a Dustin Pike Doodle Dragons image (isn't it fun?) and a bit of a different colour combo.
I really didn't want this to look like a Christmas card even though the snowman and wintery clothing definitely leans that way. I think the matching of orange with a lighter green manages to avoid just that. After colouring in the image with my Copics, I added some Stickles (frosted lace) to give the shine of snow at their feet.

I keep looking at the card thinking that it needs "more" but I can't decide more of what. I guess clean & simple is sometimes the best way to go ...

All Sorts Challenge - plain & simple
Totally Papercrafts - a kind of magic (what could be more magical than dragons and living snowmen)
Raise the Bar - bundle up (scarves, hats, gloves)
